Welcome to Soulgraft Games!

I'm Peter and I've been getting lost in the fantastic world of games for decades.  I am foremost a long-time table-top roleplaying fanatic, my first love being the original Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay ("A Grim World of Perilous Adventure") which I first leafed through in the Aberdeen Central Library in the late eighties.  Since then I've dallied with many systems, but currently focus on running Call of Cthulhu, Delta Green, Savage Worlds, and some indie fare like CBR+PNK.

I've had the good fortune to run and play games at The H.P. Lovecraft Historical Society, Southern California's Strategicon convention, and other great locales, like Geeky Teas & Games.

Online my weapons of choice are Roll20 and Discord, but as I usually focus on "theater of the mind" style play, I'm pretty tool agnostic.

I also enjoy board games, card games, computer games, and miniature games.

I've recently been getting back into miniature wargames (with a narrative bent) and casually play One Page Rules and am very eager to play more of The Doomed: Apocalyptic Horror Hunting.  I love kitbashing, scratchbashing, and other forms of creative chaos in the miniatures hobby, and have started dipping my toe into the myriad "28" hashtags, creators, and games.

This blog will contain articles focusing on my love of narrative games, scenario ideas, reviews, and opinions.  I also post on Instagram and YouTube.
